The Municipality of Dobrinj includes the following settlements: Cizici, Dobrinj, Gabonjin, Gostinjac, Gornja Hlapa, Donja Hlapa, Klanice, Klimno, Kras, Meline, Polje, Rasopasno, Rudine, Soline, Suzan, Sveti Ivan, Sveti Vid, Silo, Tribulje, Zestilac and Zupanja. These settlements are situated in the northeastern part of the island, in one of its most preserved oases.
