The island of Krk and the Municipality of Dobrinj enjoy a very favorable geographic position. The island is connected to land by the Krk Bridge.

We are only half an hour away from the city of Rijeka and only a few hours from European metropolises, namely Praha - 740 km, Munich - 650 km, Budapest - 630 km, Vienna - 580 km, Bratislava - 560 km, Graz - 400 km, and Ljubljana - 200 km.
The island of Krk and the Dobrinj Region are connected by ferry lines with the nearby Kvarner islands, namely Cres, Mali Losinj and Rab ( www.jadrolinija.hr ). A permanent ferry line has also been introduced between Silo and Crikvenica (more information available at travel agencies). The Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk.
